Privacy Policy of Ota City Industrial Promotion Organization

We recognize the importance of personal information and take the following initiatives.

We appoint managers in departments and divisions that handle personal information (hereinafter "Personal Information") of our users (hereinafter "Users"). We entrust those managers to appropriately manage Personal Information.

In the event we acquire the Personal Information of Users from Users, we shall specify the purpose of use of that as far as possible. At the same time, we shall clarify in advance our point of contact to Users. Only then shall we acquire that Personal Information within the range necessary.

We shall appropriately manage the Personal Information we acquire from Users. We shall not provide or disclose that Personal Information to any third party other than the companies agreed with Users.

We shall ensure the companies to which we provide Personal Information under the agreement of Users in 3 above appropriately manage the Personal Information of Users so that they do not leak or re-provide it to other parties by obligating them to do so with a contract.

We may send, transmit or telephone Users about our support projects that seem beneficial to Users or related information through e-mails and the post.

Users may suspend and restart our handling of their Personal information by making a request to us in the method we have stipulated separately.

In the event Users wish to inquire about their Personal Information or to request a revision to it, if they inform our point of contact of that, we will respond promptly within a reasonable range.

We shall review and improve the initiatives we have listed above as appropriate while complying with laws, ordnances and norms applicable in relation to the Personal Information we hold.
