High-torque ultrasonic motor: Piezo Sonic Motor

Piezo Sonic Motor: The PSM60 series is a product that delivers more than five times the torque of DC motors of the same size. Its extremely thin design allows it to be used in areas with limited space for embedded applications.
In addition, since the driving mechanism does not use magnetic force, the Piezo Sonic Motor for magnetic field environments can be used safely in high magnetic field environments such as inside MRIs.

Our motors have succeeded in significantly extending the life of rotary ultrasonic motors, which had been a problem in the past, and have been patented.
Compact and lightweight, with quiet operation, high torque, and the ability to maintain positioning with zero power, these motors are optimal for next-generation service robots that operate in close proximity to people.

Our consulting and development services involve initially inquiring about the customer's issues, objectives, and specifications in order to clarify the ultimate goal.
We then consider the mechanism, system, design, application for operation, and other necessary functions, and make a proposal that factors in cost and delivery time.
We work together with partner manufacturers to meet your needs for development and manufacturing work that is difficult to do in-house.
One of the main features of our consulting and development services is that after prototyping, we will propose improvements to the product. Unlike simple contracted development and consulting services, we also offer product concept design, design, and component design services for a monthly service fee as an external development team for our clients.

Autonomous mobile robot for transport: Mighty

Autonomous mobile robot for transport: Mighty applies technology developed by our founder in the development of a lunar exploration robot, and is a highly maneuverable product that can climb over 15-cm curb-like gradients between the roadway and the sidewalk.
Smaller in size than an electric wheelchair, yet capable of transporting 30 kg of cargo, this robot is optimal for tasks such as transporting non-contact cargo in shopping malls, high-rise condominiums, hospitals, and nursing care facilities, as well as supporting transportation on uneven terrains, such as farms.
Mighty-D3 won the Grand Prize at the Ota-ku New Product and New Technology Competition in 2021 and the Innovation Award at CES2022 in 2022.
