Heated hose / heating hose
Heated hose is our company main product which provides constant temperature transfer by controlling fluid temperature according to operating conditions. Evenly braided with nichrome wire, the heater can be set within a range of 0℃ to a maximum of 400℃ and keeps differences in the temperature distribution of the internal wall to a minimum value.
With a maximum working pressure of 35MPa, heated hoses are used in various fields including dispensers, resin molding, food and medical equipment manufacturing.
Application: Hot gas transfer (automotive, analysis, CVD in semicon., fiber optic), hot melt transfer (automotive, bookbinding, non-woven), sealant transfer (automotive etc), two-part urethane transfer (construction), steam transfer (beauty, laundry ironing), melted gelatin, agar etc transfer (food & drugs), melted rubber, resin transfer (extrusion, plastic molding), melted ink transfer (stationery)
Steam hose / Hose for plastic molding temperature controller
This is a hose for steam with fluororesin (PFA) as its base material. Stainless steel wire or high-strength fiber is used for the pressure-resistant layer. Ensuring stable pressure resistance performance and durability. Insulating braid types are also available to match applications.
With a thick polyester braid layer in addition to the standard structure, it enhances the bending resistance. An air layer is also maintained to realize reduction of the surface temperature.
Application: Steam transfer (laundry ironing and pressing, car seat manufacturing), steam or hot oil transfer (feeding and returning hose for mold temperature controller)
High pressure Nylon and PFA hose
Various industrial hoses that are pressure-resistant processed according to the application.We offer wide range of lineups from low pressure to ultra high pressure hoses which suit for various applications such as chemicals, food, gas, steam, painting and cleaning etc.
Application: Paint transfer (automotive, shipbuilding), sealant transfer (automotive), adhesives transfer, coating transfer, fluid transfer in pumps etc.
